With the forest right next to the house, you have easy access to forest walks, mushroom and berry picking and swimming in Lake Mälaren (400 meters away). Large garden for outdoor activities and several outdoor seating areas and a cozy enclosed patio with infrared heating, no matter the weather. The space On the property, there are two houses. The main house features an open floor plan with a large, airy living room complete with a corner sofa, armchairs, and a TV. Heating and/or cooling via AC-unit and the open fireplace. Newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and fridge/freezer. Dining table for 4-6 people and an open wood-burning fireplace. (Dinners for 8 or more are best suited for the enclosed patio or the outdoor dining table in the garden.) Tiled bathroom with toilet, shower cabin, and washing machine with dryer. Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 cm. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed, 2 x 90 cm. Hallway with closet storage. Large terrace, partially covered, with several seating areas. The smaller house has one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and a bunk bed, 2 x 90 cm. Heating via radiators. "The Blueberry House," as we call it, is a cozy and comfortable house with fiber internet connection., a large inviting lawn, and the forest right at the doorstep, located in the heart of Sörmland. Guest access The entire large house and the small house, as well as the garden and the driveway with space for three cars, are at the guests' disposal. Other things to note The house is perfect for visits all year-round! Enjoy sunny summer days by Mälaren, mushroom picking in the colorful autumn forest, delicious dinners by the fireplace in winter or playtime in the garden when the spring sun warms everything up again.
