This gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen with pellet stove, dining room and fireplace and large living room. A mezzanine with games for children. On the ground floor: a bedroom with 2 beds (90x200), WC and utility room. Go up a few steps and you have a bedroom with 2 beds (90x200) and its own shower room and WC. Then there is a 2nd bedroom with 3 beds (90x200). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (90x200) and a bathroom (bath) with 2 basins. Quality bed linen and bath towels are provided and included in the price. Quality equipment. All beds can be twinned on request. Games, children's books and swing. The gite is 10 minutes from the A20 Bessines sur Gartempe freeway exit. Other things to note We prefer to disconnect during our stays. There is therefore no wifi or TV in the gîte. A deposit of 1000 euros by bank transfer is required to confirm your booking, as well as 100 euros for your pet. (No credit cards, cheques or cash). An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on arrival and departure and the deposit returned.
