The space This is a brand new, separate entrance apartment build in 2025 in a 2 story house. Apartment is located on the second floor. Completely furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a separate entrance for privacy and large patio with patio furniture for relaxing after a busy day or dining alfresco. One parking is included. Guest access The entire 1 bedroom, one bathroom apartment, open concept kitchen and living room, plenty of closet space, own patio. Own entrance. One parking. Other things to note This is a non smoking , no shoes inside no pets house. Please use the shoe trays provided for your footwear. During your stay cleaning is your responsibility cleaning materials are provided. If there is something missing or used up please let us know. Please use the hot pads (trivets) provided and do not put hot pots or pans on the counter or tables. When cutting up fruits or vegetables use the cutting board provided and not the counter or table tops to avoid damages and extra charges. No gritty bottomed pots and pans are to be used on the stove top they will leave a permanent scratch and ruin the glass top and result in extra charges. Bathroom tiles, floor and glass shower door are to be rinsed with water and squeegeed after each use to prevent calcium deposits. Squeegee is provided. None of the floors are waterproofed except for the shower, if there is a liquid spill of any kind it needs to be mopped right away, bucket and mop are provided. Nothing but toilet paper is to be flushed in the toilet it is connected to an echo septic system that can not handle anything else. Garbage and recycle Is to be brought to landlords on every other Wednesday for disposal.
