Here you live cozily in a lovingly decorated apartment with its own entrance and associated free parking outside the door. You also have a private patio with a gas grill and outdoor furniture to enjoy. You will live in a quiet residential neighborhood with proximity to nature, lakes and swimming - but at the same time you can quickly and easily get from here to Stockholm City. There are very good connections, and by both car and train you can reach Stockholm City in 15-20 minutes. Welcome to a cozy accommodation where it is easy to thrive! The space You will be staying in a quiet and peaceful residential area in Fullersta/Rosenhill. Here you can stay comfortably whether you stay for one night or for a longer stay. Bed linens and towels are of course included, and you can look forward to crawling into a freshly made bed when it gets to be evening. The apartment is completely self-contained and is located on the ground floor of our villa, and we live in the house ourselves for parts of the year. The large bedroom has a double bed, a proper wardrobe and 4 large bed drawers. There's also a makeup table with dimmable lighting and hooks behind the door. There are no windows in this room. The alcove has a 1.20 bed, a clothes hanger, bedside table and a small chest of drawers. The alcove has a curtain for privacy. In an open plan, you will find a kitchen with a small dining area. There is also salt, pepper, oil for cooking and in the cupboard above the coffee maker there is coffee and tea etc. This is for our guests - so help yourself! There is also a nice sofa corner, TV with chrome-cast and a music player that works with bluetooth. For rainy days, there are a few different games and books in different languages. The accommodation is optimal for 3 adult guests or a small family, although the sofa is comfortable enough to sleep in for a fourth guest. Please let us know and we will provide extra bedding. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hygiene products and a combined washing machine/dryer. There are also hangers for laundry, an iron, a small ironing board and hair dryer. The accommodation includes a cozy, private patio with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. It is also fenced so that accompanying children stay safe. If you are traveling with children, there are some books, games and a box of toys. Baby cot and high chair available on request. In the nearby area, there are several schools in a row, so during the summer/holidays, there are plenty of playgrounds within a short distance. A stone's throw away at Huddinge center, you will find Rådsparken - a park with large lawns for picnics, a good play area and a skate park. There is also a small farm with animals that the children can hang out with, and a small kiosk. From the accommodation, it is about a 12-minute walk (900 meters) to Huddinge Center with many good shops, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes etc. There is also the commuter train that takes you further into Stockholm City in 15 minutes. If you prefer to go all the way, the nearest bus stop is about 150 meters away from the apartment. Within 5-10 minutes' drive, there are several swimming lakes and outdoor areas with nice hiking trails and mushroom forests. In winter, Flottsbro ski resort is located in the nearby area.
