Private, secure and cosy Barn in Langtoft

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. Bed linen and towels provided. The space There is parking outside of The Stables. The property is on the ground floor. You will enter in to the entrance hall, which has space to hang coats, bags and shoes. There is also space for a bike, but it is safe to leave any bikes outside. The living room and kitchen area is located to the right hand side. There is a large sofa in the living room (this can be used as a sofa bed, just let us know on booking), there is a coffee table and fully streaming tv. The kitchen has all kitchenware located in the many cupboards. There is space for a full shop! There is a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, w.c wash hand basin, mirror/storage cupboard and towel rail. The bedroom has a king size bed. There is space for a travel cot (please let us know on booking). There are two bedside drawers, shelves and a large wardrobe as well as a full length mirror. There are a number of takeaways, great pubs and restaurants locally. The area is beautiful for walks, either from The Stables or via the many footpaths nearby. The property will be decorated for Christmas throughout the majority of December. Guest access The whole of The Stables is free to use. We are a rural working farm, so please do not wander around the yard areas away from the property. Other things to note Please do not try use the wooden cupboard with the lock in the bedroom. Please note if you run taps or flush the toilet it will affect the water pressure and potentially the temperature of the shower. Ideally the outside light is left on at night outside of The Stables for security reasons.
