The space The property features an open-plan living space with stunning bi-fold doors through to a sun trap garden, that includes outdoor furniture and bbq, where you can sit and sip wine or enjoy a sunny brunch. *Please note the gas for the lava pit table is an added extra at cost, arrange with host prior to booking should you wish to use fire pit* It accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and includes 1.5 bathrooms. The Master has an ensuite. A full extension was built with a purpose built kitchen, breakfast bar, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, kettle and toaster. Amenities include a 55" smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon, board games, and reading books. Guests are welcomed with a welcome guide and complimentary tea and coffee. The villa is fitted with cotton bedding, memory foam mattresses, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and offers free Wi-Fi. The building is situated in a small residential area, conveniently opposite a Tesco and a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Close to the town centre, MargateTrain Station, Westwood Cross Shopping Centre, and Dreamland. Check-in is after 15:00 and check out before 10:00. Free off street parking for up to 2 vehicles.
