Centrally located stylish apartment , close to all shops and restaurants in town centre. En suite bathroom with power shower and two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed if you wish. We normally have the bed set up for the king size, if you would like it separated please let us know in advance. Light, bright and airy, fully refurbished and ready for a cosy stay. Our lovely Alhambra Cinema is very close and feels like its our very own its so close! Spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, light and airy with a wooden floor. Bathroom with powerful rainfall shower. In detail, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Also supplied are cooking utensils, pots, pans, jugs and general kitchen equipment you might need to prepare meals. Samsung LED TV with all the latest apps, you just need your own log in details. Comfy two seater sofa small coffee table all set for a cosy night in. The hairdryer, iron and ironing board are all kept in the bedroom wardrobe. We take pride in looking after the apartment as it forms part of our house and is very private from our own accommodation. The location is great for a base to explore the Northern Lake District and the beautiful Eden Valley and the National Park. Penrith itself is a busy little market town that hasn't lost its local feel. You are centrally located close to the Town Hall and we recommend a visit the the Art Gallery and Studio next door to us. You can see local artists work and they often have exhibitions. They also have a great collection of postcards printed from the artists work to purchase that you won't find anywhere else. Guest access Directions to 3 Corney Place From M6 jct 40, take Penrith exit A592 and follow road past North Lakes Hotel, railway station and Morrisons. Continue to follow main road downhill and at Arragon’s Cycles bear left, stay in right lane and keep going around a very tight bend. Keep left and you will see the Townhall on the left and an Art Gallery (Gallery and Studios) 3 Corney Place is the one with the blue door. You can park directly outside the property from 6 pm until 8am. The closet car park is Drovers Lane CA11 7QL. It's a 2 minute walk to the apartment. Monday-Saturday 8am - 8pm £6.10 all day. Sundays and Bank Holidays £1.30 all day. You can also park at the Town Hall a 30 second walk to the apartment. Please note its £6.10 all day on Saturday and £1.30 on Sundays. During the week this is for council permit holders only 7am - 7pm. You have your own private entrance to the apartment accessed via a key safe.
