Vintage Caravan at Highland Cattle Farmstay

This little vintage caravan is perfect for couples or solo travellers wanting a relaxed, authentic farm experience. “Kenny Chesney” is completely off-grid, offering a simple, back-to-basics stay where you can truly unplug and slow down. Inside you’ll find a cosy bed and small sitting space. Lights and fans are battery operated. A small gas cooker and bbq is provided for cooking and hot water. This isn’t luxury glamping — it’s rustic farm life, fresh country air & peaceful sunsets. ​ The space Narraburra Farm is a working property set on the Darling Downs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the space around the caravan, wander by the creek, and take in the peaceful surrounds. You may also see our Highland cattle, horses, and a variety of native wildlife during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the caravan, the off-grid bathroom, and the shared camp cooking area. The creek and surrounding paddocks are also yours to explore, but please close gates behind you and be mindful of livestock. The caravan’s yard is private, though other guests may be staying in a separate caravan further along the creek. Other things to note Amenities are very basic — no air conditioning, limited power, and off-grid facilities. A gas cooker and BBQ is provided for guest use. Bring appropriate clothing for cool nights and warm days. Insect repellent is recommended, as we live in the bush. Phone reception can be patchy and WiFi is limited — a chance to truly unplug! Not suitable for children or off leash / unrestrained pets.
