Vintage Caravan at Highland Cattle Farmstay

This little vintage caravan is best suited to couples or single travellers who want to experience life on the farm in a relaxed, authentic way. “Kenny Chesney” is simple, cosy, and full of character. Inside you’ll find the basics you need for a comfortable night’s rest — a bed, a place to sit, and a spot to unwind with a book or a cuppa. This isn’t luxury glamping or modern convenience; it’s rustic, back-to-basics charm with the bonus of a beautiful farm setting. ​ The space Narraburra Farm is a working property set on the Darling Downs. Guests are welcome to enjoy the space around the caravan, wander by the creek, and take in the peaceful surrounds. You may also see our Highland cattle, horses, and a variety of native wildlife during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the caravan, the off-grid bathroom, and the shared camp cooking area. The creek and surrounding paddocks are also yours to explore, but please close gates behind you and be mindful of livestock. The caravan’s yard is private, though other guests may be staying in a separate caravan further along the creek. Other things to note Amenities are very basic — no air conditioning, limited power, and off-grid facilities. Bring appropriate clothing for cool nights and warm days. Insect repellent is recommended, as we live in the bush. Phone reception can be patchy and WiFi is limited — a chance to truly unplug! Not suitable for children or off leash / unrestrained pets.
