On the ground floor there is a hall, kitchen, living room, toilet and two terraces - from the entrance and at the back. On the first floor are the hall, 3 bedrooms: with a double bed and its own bathroom (shower), with two single beds and with a single bed and a desk/dressing table, and another bathroom (bathtub). The house is fully equipped with all necessary items and appliances. Guest access You can park your car in space no. 46 in the underground garage. Two swimming pools (a large one up to 2 m deep and a small paddling pool for kids) belonging to the community are located about 30 m from the house.
