With Wollongong City just 25 minutes away, it's also a peaceful choice for business trips. The space The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of this retreat, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine for your morning coffee. Whether you’re cooking up a simple breakfast or a family meal, the kitchen comes complete with all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar or dining table. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy lounge area in front of the large-screen smart TV or simply enjoy the peaceful coastal views from the comfort of your own space. The spacious bedroom features two queen beds, making it ideal for a couple, families or friends. Fresh linen is provided for your convenience, and there's ample storage space for your belongings. A cot and highchair is available upon request for families with young children. The modern ensuite bathroom is attached to the bedroom and includes towels, hand soap and a hairdryer. For added convenience, the unit includes a full laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, perfect for longer stays. There are no shared internal spaces. ✅️ You have private access to the unit via the rear of the property and with self check-in from 2pm, for an independent stay. ✅️ Free street parking is available directly in front of the property. ✅️ Cot and High Chair available on request free of charge ❌️There is no parking available in the garage or driveway. ❌️ Check-out time is strictly 10am unless arranged earlier. ❌️ We would recommend the entrance is not suitable with someone with mobilty issues as it is not street facing. We are located on the top of a hill, so there are a few steps and a long pathway on an incline to the rear of the building. Feel free to contact us for photos of further information. 🌳🌳The backyard is a shared space, and you may occasionally see me or my wife Mary tending to the garden or hanging out clothes. Other things to note This is a self-contained unit on the lower ground level of our home, offering private access and a peaceful retreat. While the space is entirely yours, you may occasionally hear us upstairs or see us tending to the garden in the backyard. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a respectful level after 10pm to ensure a calm and relaxing environment for everyone. To access the unit, there is a gentle ramp with 4 steps, followed by an additional 4 steps leading up to the door. We provide a small starter pack of essentials—tea, coffee pods, sugar, toilet paper, hand soap, washing and laundry detergent, and basic cooking condiments—to help you settle in.
