Scenic Villa by the Ångerman River – High Coast

Welcome to our cozy villa in the heart of the High Coast! Located in a summer paradise, just 400 meters from a lovely beach. The house features a spacious living room for relaxation, a study with a desk, and fast WiFi for staying connected. Upstairs, you'll find two roomy bedrooms offering a peaceful night's sleep. Perfect for a relaxing stay close to nature and water! The space Stay comfortably in our charming villa, fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. The bathroom includes a shower with rainfall showerhead, toilet, washing machine, drying rack, as well as soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer (located in the cabinet under the sink, where you’ll also find extra toilet paper). The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals – stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge and freezer, along with all necessary cookware and utensils. There’s also a pantry and a cleaning closet with a vacuum cleaner and extra trash bags. Under the kitchen sink, you’ll find bins for household waste and food waste – please remember to separate organic waste using the provided bags. The study, located next to the kitchen, features a cozy armchair with a footrest, a desk with space to work, and a small sofa. Two windows let in plenty of natural light – ideal for both productivity and relaxation. In the living room, you’ll find a large sofa, a TV with Chromecast, and Bluetooth speakers – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The larger room offers a luxurious 180 cm continental bed, spacious wardrobes (with extra towels if needed), an iron and ironing board, and two large windows with both roller blinds and blackout curtains – giving it that peaceful hotel feel. The smaller bedroom has a 160 cm bed and direct access to the balcony – a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee.
