Welcome! :) First of all welcome! Centre of town. Right next to shops, cafés and pubs. Perfect place for a short or medium term stay in Armidale. 8 min drive to University of New England. Bus stop is a 5 min walk. 3 bedroom home. 2 guest rooms; 1 Queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 x King single beds. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, great shower. Kitchen / dining area and lounge room are shared areas. Please relax and make yourself at home. Free parking, fast unlimited Wifi. The space It is a 3 bedroom home. There are 2 guest rooms; 1 Queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 x King single beds. Rooms are spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is dedicated specifically for guests. Instant hot water and great water pressure. Kitchen / dining area and lounge room are shared areas. Please relax and make yourself at home. I am easy-going and like to share my home. Guests also have use of laundry if needed. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen / dining, laundry, lounge room, entrance / sunroom. Guests have private use of their own bathroom. During your stay On weekdays, I'll be working during the day so you will have the place to yourself. In the evenings I am happy to chill out and have a chat or I am also happy to leave you your own space. I can recommend places to go for dinner or drinks. Closest pub is literally just a 1 minute walk. I'm also happy to let you take my mountain bike or road bike if you would like to go for a cycle around town or along the many cycle paths which we have in Armidale.
