Guest suite in Cornish cottage

Peaceful self contained guest suite within a traditional Cornish cottage - part of our family home . Located off the beaten track in the beautiful village of Halsetown in St. Ives with stunning rural views out to sea. Lovely village pub 'The Halsetown Inn' all year round and a wonderful bar and shop at the nearby Polmanter Touring Park April-October. Walkable to St. Ives shops, restaurants and beaches or local bus service available. Ideal base for coastal walking and ocean sports. The space Self contained guest suite within a traditional Cornish cottage - part of our family home. Private entrance, hallway, open plan living/dining and kitchen area which includes comfy seating, dining table for 4 (high chair can be provided on request), washer/dryer, fridge with small box freezer, microwave, cooker and hob, kettle, toaster, iron, TV and Wifi. All cooking facilities, crockery and glassware provided. Upstairs (please note there is no stairgate) to a double bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, built in closet and chest of drawers. Bed linen and towels provided. Sleeps 2 adults and a baby or toddler in either a Moses basket or travel cot which can be provided with linen on request. Bathroom includes bath with overhead shower, small basin and toilet. Essential toiletries provided. Parking for one car, spacious garden with bbq, outside table and chairs and washing line. There is a carbon monoxide alarm in the main section of the house for log burner but there is not one in the guest suite as it is fully electric. A smoke alarm is fitted along with a fire blanket and fire doors. Guest access Full use of the guest suite, drive and garden opposite to and adjoining the entrance to the guest suite. There are no shared spaces. However, the guest suite is attached to and forms part of our family home. Other things to note As stated we are off the beaten track (please see photos), however, I easily drive my 4x4 down the track and onto drive. The entrance to the drive is on an incline and does not suit low to the ground sports type vehicles, however, alternative parking would be available at the end of the track.
