This charming home offers a king suite, two cozy double rooms, and a private backyard with a firepit, gas grill, and patio lights for relaxing evenings. Start your day with coffee or tea from our deluxe coffee bar, then explore nearby parks, shopping, and dining. With space for up to 8, it is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. Book now for an unforgettable stay! The space The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, one of which includes a futon for extra sleeping space—perfect for kids or shorter adults. The living room also features a futon for additional flexibility. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen and an awesome coffee bar to start your mornings right! **There is a wood fireplace in the living room, for safety purposes, we kindly ask that it not be used.** Enjoy your coffee on the front patio with chairs, a table, and an umbrella, or relax out back with another set of seating, a firepit, and rustic log chairs. Please note: there is a separate apartment located at the back of the lot. It has its own private entry, parking, and yard, ensuring your complete privacy during your stay. Guest access Guests can access the entire property adjacent to the house. Please respect the privacy of the separate alleyway apartment/yard/drive in the back and do not cross through the fence in the back as the signs will indicate. The electrical outlets have not been updated so a 3 prong power adapter is available and is located inside the drawer under the microwave in the kitchen. There is a locked closet for the cleaners in one of the bedrooms. Please don't let your guests walk around in the attic as it has insulation and someone could fall through the ceiling. You are more than welcome to use the grill, clean up after use and return utensils inside. There is cut wood for the firepit! The patio lights over the back patio can be turned on by simply plugging them in on the back patio; please unplug them when not in use and be sure to properly extinguish the firepit when done :-) Other things to note Thanks a latte for choosing our place—we're excited to have you!
