Your room are private and locked. It is on the second (top) floor. There is a bathroom on this floor shared between your and another room. The kitchen & dining area are shared and fully fitted. Big fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine are there for your convenience. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access You have private access to your room. The bathroom is shared between your and another room. There is a shared kitchen & dining room and a laundry room. Other things to note COMMUNAL AREAS The bathroom is shared between your room and another room. The communal areas (kitchen, dining, laundry) are shared with other guests. There are 7 rooms in the building, all of them can accommodate 2 guests maximum. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the communal areas, so it is kept reasonably tidy between housekeeping visits. PARKING We have a few parking spaces in front of the building, but spaces are limited and it's on a first come first serve basis. Parking onstreet outside is free during specified hours, please always check the signs. There is free onstreet parking across the Dual Carriageway, Shelmor Avenue, less than 5min walk away. CHILDREN Children under 12 are not allowed to stay, thank you for your understanding.
