The space Welcome to Traveler Ranch, a tranquil 3-acre private estate nestled along the peaceful ridgeline of the Tehachapi mountains. For both horse and rider, the property offers a sprawling, decomposed granite-footed arena, a generous upper pasture with two sun shelters, and a secure lower barn area featuring two 40x40 covered indoor/outdoor pipe corrals — ideal for rest and safety. Just beyond the gates, enjoy miles of scenic dirt backcountry trails surrounded by the golden rolling hills of Tehachapi. Unwind on your private deck, grill a delicious meal on the BBQ, read beneath the trees in our cozy hammock, or enjoy a peaceful meditation in the hanging tree swing chair. At night, soak under the stars in a heated, salt-purified spa — all within the serenity of a gated, fully fenced estate that ensures peace of mind for you and your furry companions. Just seconds away is Tehachapi’s beloved paved nature path and within one minute, you’re in town for grocery runs or a bite at one of the many charming local restaurants. The historic Old Town district is only a mile away and perfect for a leisurely stroll. In the winter, enjoy snow play and sledding down the mountainside — an enchanting seasonal treat. The ranch is also available for weddings, private events, intimate venues, and film or photography shoots — all with the option to interact with and experience our magnificent Gypsy Horses. Guests stay in our private Ranch House Casita, a charming one-bedroom studio equipped with a refrigerator, two-burner electric cooktop, climate-controlled split heat and A/C, and a bathroom with shower stall for a cozy and comfortable retreat. Horse Stabling & Fees An additional $50 per horse applies. Requests to book must include your horse’s pedigree and a brief temperament description to ensure a safe and harmonious stay. Check-In & Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival, you’ll enter through the main ranch gate marked with the black Traveler Ranch sign located on the left-hand side at (address disclosed at check-in booking). Please drive carefully when turning in, as there is a dip off the road. You will be staying in our Studio Casita guesthouse, ideally approved for 1- 2 guests unless otherwise arranged.
