Apartment of 120 m2, front terrace with ocean view and another in the master suite. Our guests are left entirely to their own privacy (for being the top floor and no Leinder apartments). Very well lit with wide windows in all environments; surrounded by sea and pine trees surrounded by beautiful houses and gardens, ideal for resting and enjoying the beach and walks. Five minutes from the hypermarket and the Care of Maldonado and 15 minutes from Punta del Este. Maid service included The space The beach is just 100 meters from the building; excellent for bathrooms; with lifeguards; Guest access Tennis court; beach chairs and umbrella; maid service (1 hour and a half per day) for general cleaning of the entire apartment; does not include dishwashing or washing or ironing of clothes. Other things to note In summer, vehicles are parked in the street streets to the building; there is always a place and there are security cameras with surveillance from 10 pm to 8 am A Tennis court that can be used by pre-booking with the Manager
