Relax, unwind and enjoy your time in this hidden gem by the coast! The space 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom stocked with towels, shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer. Living room includes a sofa bed for extra sleepers and a large Television. Free WiFi and a designated work space. The kitchen has all your basic needs such as dishes, coffee pot and coffee included! Fully stocked pots and pans if you choose to go prepare your on meal one night and a large dining table. Wood and tile floors. Air conditioning and heating Hot water heater Washer and dryer for your use if needed and detergent to get you started 😊 NO PET Policy- service animals are allowed if registered with papers and provided An additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged for a deep clean for guest with service animals due to family members and guest with severe allergies. ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking inside the home A $250 fine will be charged for smoking violations. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles Quiet neighborhood Other things to note Parking is limited to 2 vehicles due to our cozy space.
