Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and airy house for 4 people, its location is strategic, close to the village of Boipeba, and Cueira beach (one of the 10 most beautiful in Brazil), in a quiet neighborhood, with many trees and birds. You'll love it! The space This is a beautiful house, very spacious, approximately 110m2, strategically situated close to the village and also close to Cueira beach. The house has, on the ground floor, balconies with table, chairs and two hammocks, full kitchen (with appliances and all utensils you may need), bathroom with hot shower, large living room with TV and stereo. In this living room, in addition to chairs there is a double bed, which can serve, during the day, as a sofa. The house has a mezzanine where there is another double bed. This mezzanine has plenty of privacy and features a rack to accommodate your travel items. The house has large windows that lead to many trees and a large indoor area (of the property), which has a shower and can be used to make a small fire pit, play ball, or even sunbathe. In this area there is a lot of privacy and tranquility, it is a quiet neighborhood, where you can hear nature, birds and the pleasant noise of the waves of the sea (Cueira beach). In the house, there is also a laundry sink and an area to hang clothes. Bed and bath linens are included in your stay, as well as a bottle of drinking water, plus basic items such as dish towels, toilet paper, and napkins. The house is very cool, but for those who like it, there are 2 fans. Two mosquito nets are also available. Staying here is an opportunity to truly relax, away from the noise of the city, next to nature, a true experience of being in Boipeba, a strategic point to explore the pristine beaches, its nature, its trails, its people. Guest access In addition to the amenities that the house offers (kitchen, utensils, TV, sound, wireless internet, bedding, table and bath, drinking water), those who stay here can enjoy the land (beautiful area with plants, such as a forest) and use spices and herbs that are grown by me (pepper, basil, mint, medicinal herbs and teas). Guests will also have access to books, music CDs and games (deck, dominoes, chess and several puzzles) that I can borrow during their stay. Other things to note Boipeba is a very isolated island and so here life is simple. Cell phone signal is weak (only a few carriers get it) and wi-fi may oscillate (may miss the signal in the region), so come and relax. Get ready to walk a lot, everything is flat and the paths are very clean, sand floor. Because of this, strollers, for example, in some parts of the way, may not slide well.
