It offers three bedrooms upstairs with queen size memory foam mattresses. The primary bedroom is a large suite with a large walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower. Each room has a work area, lamp, chair, linens, closet and drawers, ceiling fans, additional floor fan for master bedroom. There is also a hallway shared bath/shower upstairs. Downstairs bedroom is equipped with a full size memory foam mattress, large closet with dresser, workstation, linens, lamp, floor lamp and floor fan. This bedroom is located next to shared hallway bathroom. Smart TV offers various channels- guests can log into their own accounts to access. Both hallways offer extra storage. Guests will find a few desk & floor fans. The cute functional kitchen offers a new full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, full size oven/stove combo, along with all the needed utensils, dishes, cups for inside and outdoor cooking. Outback, guests will enjoy a newly renovated Oasis including grill, seating and a covered patio. Guest access This home is a self check-in at the front door. Other things to note Check out time is 11a.m. Additional fee will apply. Weekly gardner for front yard. For long term guests- we try not to disturb guests, occasionally backyard maintenance is required. If this is needed, I will send message in advance. Absolutely no parties or events. No pets. No photo shoots. No hair dying at this home. Bathrooms- please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Excuse scratches in bottom of toilet, results of plumbing tool. Thank you!
