Let me introduce my place to you by answering the FAQs: Do you have Free WiFi? How Fast is it? How`s the WiFi-Signal in the apartment? Yes. We have FREE WiFi, and we always upgrade to the fastest available speed in town. And of course great signal from every corner of the apartment. Is a big smartTV with access to the internet inside the flat? Yes, you`ll get a new smart TV with apps like NETFLIX & Disney+ & Youtube. Do I get a wireless charger for charging my smartphones or AirPod-Case? Yes. We`ll have a wireless fast charger ready in your apartment. (Qi-Standard) What are your mattresses like? You`ll get thick and high-quality mattresses for your perfect rest. Bakery & grocery for daily needs around? Yes. Just a little walk from here is a big grocery store, bakery, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are reachable within walking distance. Parking nearby available? Within minutes there are both free and paid public parking lots. Also in front of the building. I saw some nice artwork on your pictures. Are they real? Yes. We have artwork hanging inside that are painted by hand. The value of each handpainted picture is extremly high. So please enjoy. ;) I do not like the smell of cigarettes. Is this a non-smoking apartment? Yes. It`s a non-smoking apartment. Do you have washing machine/dryer in the building? Can I use them? Yes, if you have a long-term stay, then I`ll tell you where in the basement the property owner has washing machines, which are free to use. I`d love to listen to my own music. Do you provide bluetooth speakers so I can listen to my own music, or watch movies on my own tablet? Yes. It important for us to stay at a secure place. Do you have security cameras in public areas? Yes. As many customers wanted to have it, we`ve finally installed security cameras for your safety. I like reading a lot. Could you provide books & magazines? Yes, on the 1st floor we`ve put a book shelf with many many books. You can read them for free in your apartment. Just make sure you return them before you leave. Is a FREE baby-bed available for us? Yes. For your baby's safety you can borrow a baby bed. What`s my target? My aim is to be flexible for you whenever you have delays or other problems. I am always reachable.
