Italian villa located in a private park in the middle of the vineyard and umbrella pines. Its isolated location is ideal for families who want to spend a holiday in the heart of nature without being disturbed. There is a large outdoor space to eat outside, swing, play all kinds of ball games, and enjoy the sun loungers. In the heart of a family property, you can visit the cellar, our stills and taste our Armagnac. The space The house is an elegant Italian villa. It is very pleasant in the summer because it stays cool. You will enjoy a very large living room of 80 m2 with a large table for 15 guests, a fireplace, three sofas, a TV and a DVD player. There is a nice volume thanks to a high ceiling. The kitchen is very well equipped (stove, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, radio). The kitchen has a door that opens to the outside (large table under the shaded awning for pleasant meals outside). There is also a new PING-PONG table under the second awning. The house offers five bedrooms including two bedrooms on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom features a double bed. One of the bedrooms upstairs is in a row and includes a single bed. In total there are 11 beds. A large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board on the ground floor. A shower room and separate toilet upstairs. Guest access You have access to the entire house, garden and surrounding woods Other things to note You might be lucky enough to spot some deer early in the morning. Mosquito nets are provided to prevent insects from entering the rooms in the evening.
