The space The house is an authentic and elegant Italian villa built by a Roman architect. It stays cool in summer. A large above-ground pool, 5.5 m in diameter and 1.20 m deep, was recently installed. Ground Floor: - A large 80 m2 living room with a table for 15 guests, a fireplace, three sofas, a TV and a DVD player. High ceiling. - The kitchen is well-equipped: a range cooker, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, radio. The kitchen has a door that opens to a shaded awning with a large table for pleasant meals outside. There is a PING-PONG table under the second awning. - There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed and a small child's bed. - Finally, a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs: - A bedroom with a double bed - A landing bedroom with a double bed - A connecting bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. - A shower room and separate WC.
