Welcome to Peppi Shack – Your Family-Friendly Beach Home in Quindalup! Escape from the hustle to slow down at Peppi Shack’s simple beach retreat. Peppi Shack is a cute and cosy family friendly retreat with a beautiful garden that is nestled under the big Peppermint Trees, just 200 meters from the peaceful & calm Quindalup bay beach. Perfectly positioned for a relaxed beachside escape, this beach shack offers a laid-back vibe with all the comforts of home, making it an ideal spot for families. The space About the Space: Peppi Shack is designed for easy, simple living. The shack has an open-plan living area with a retro 70’s style kitchen that brings a touch of nostalgic charm. The kitchen is basically equipped to satisfy most cooks with a nespresso coffee machine as well as a BBQ for outdoor cooking. Our 3 bedroom shack sleeps 6 guests, two Queen Beds and two Single Beds. There is one bathroom/ toilet and a laundry (equipped with a washing machine) Features: * Three Cozy Bedrooms: Each room is designed with relaxation in mind. * Family-Friendly Living Area: A comfortable space to unwind, with a TV and plenty of seating for family movie nights or game time. * Spacious Outdoor Area: Let the kids play and run around in the generous outdoor space. A short bike ride will take you to the vibrant town of Dunsborough, where you can enjoy a range of family-friendly cafes, boutiques, and eateries. Quindalup is also close to several beautiful wineries and scenic spots, ideal for a day of exploration and indulgence. Guest access You have the entire shack to yourself for your stay and two car bays. Excluding the outdoor shed and 2x cupboards for our cleaners in the laundry room. Other things to note ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CONSTRUCTION NOISE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please note that the rear neighbours house is undergoing some renovations in which there may be some construction noise from time to time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BEFORE YOU BOOK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our check-in time is 3 pm on your day of arrival and check-out time is 10am on your day of departure. Before you book please consider your travel arrangements in relation to this. If you plan to arrive early or want to depart late, please consider booking an additional night, subject to availability. We cannot offer early check-ins or late checkouts as we require the time between guest stays for our housekeepers to prepare the property for you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDEBOOK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our check-in instructions will be sent 2 days before your stay. There will be a check-in guide and includes detailed instructions, images and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay. ~~~~~~~~ GUEST ID ~~~~~~~~ All guests must provide at least one ID. Airbnb privacy policy ensures they do not share your ID with anyone, not even with us, so to conform to our regulations we are obliged to obtain your ID. We are also bound by our Privacy Policy and will not share your ID. ~~~~~~ BONDS ~~~~~~ For guests (i) new to Airbnb and yet to receive their first review, or (ii) those with less than perfect reviews, we require a bond. Bond are administered via Airbnb for complete transparency and returned on departure all being left as it was found. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ No third party bookings unless arranged during the booking process i.e. the guest making the booking must be part of the group staying at the property. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ SAME-DAY BOOKINGS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Housekeeping arrangements require a lead-time of at least one day to assure a 3pm check-in on your day of arrival. If you make a last minute booking we cannot guarantee a 3pm check-in so please be prepared to check-in later in the day. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ STARTER SUPPLIES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival. If you would like to request mid-stay services at any time during your booking, please inform us. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A travel cot and high chair are provided in the home for your free use. Please bring baby's own cot linens or sleeping bag for safety & hygiene reasons. ~~~~ BBQ ~~~~ You are welcome to use the BBQ, however cleaning the BBQ is not included in our cleaning fee. If you would like us to clean the BBQ, or you it in a lesser state than on your arrival a $50 cleaning fee will apply. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NOTE ON RESPONSIBLE HOSTING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We are committed to Responsible Hosting which means that we want our guests to have a positive experience staying in our place.
