Surrounded by greenery and located in Rouhling, it comfortably accommodates up to 7 people, just a few minutes from Sarreguemines and the German border. Fully private and spread over two levels, it offers very beautiful spaces for getting together with family, friends or for business trips. Almost a century old, this historic house has been renovated with the deliberate choice to preserve its soul, style and original character, while providing the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. Here, there is no new and impersonal house: some details still bear witness to its history and contribute precisely to its charm. Rented in its entirety, the house extends over two levels and offers very nice spaces, particularly suitable for stays with family, friends or during business trips. On the ground floor, the living areas invite you to gather: a large living/dining room with a corner sofa, TV and Netflix, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen with a second dining area. From the kitchen, a double French door provides direct access to the terrace and the large, walled, wooded and fully private garden, ideal for enjoying the calm and greenery. A large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and adjoining laundry room completes this level. Upstairs, the house has three large bedrooms, all equipped with storage: one bedroom with a double bed, one large bedroom with three single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and a work space. A second bathroom with toilet and hydromassage shower allows everyone to maintain their comfort, even when the house is hosting several guests. Outside, you also have a very large free private parking lot that can accommodate about 4 to 5 cars. Video surveillance has been installed in this area for added peace of mind. We want you to be able to arrive and simply enjoy your stay: the beds are made before your arrival, and bath towels are provided for each guest. A crib and high chair are also available on request. And because we like to welcome guests in a way that goes beyond simply handing over keys, a little welcome gesture awaits you for every stay.
