Discover our charming renovated house, it is located in a natural setting in Rouhling in Moselle, it is on the Forbach Sarreguemines axis, just steps from the German border. Located at a strategic crossroads, we are by car at: 10 minutes from Sarreguemines, Hambach Inéos 15 minutes from Forbach and Saarbrücken 1 hour from Metz, Strasbourg, Luxembourg 1.5 hours from Europa Park. This is the perfect place to unwind in the countryside while being 2 steps from the city The space The rental is for the complete house which is on 2 levels. Whether you're looking for a business trip or a family or group of friends, this extremely spacious house will be the perfect compromise to satisfy you with its following configuration. On the ground floor, the living/dining room area of about 25 m² with table and chairs for shared meals, also has a large corner sofa as well as a flat screen TV and a Netflix account for 2 screens. It overlooks a large equipped kitchen, with an area of 23 m² with all the necessary appliances (fridge, hood, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher), utensils and dishes as well as a small dining area. A double French window gives access to the 13 m² terrace as well as to the large enclosed, wooded and private garden, equipped with the necessary for a cocooning moment in communion with nature. Finally, a large bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and adjoining laundry room, complete the facilities on this floor. On the first floor is the sleeping area with its 3 bedrooms: the first of 13 m² (double bed) the second of 22 m² with 3 single beds and finally the third of 25 m² with double bed and workspace. We draw your attention to the fact that each room has a storage space. Finally, the floor is completed by a bathroom with hand washbasin, toilet and hydromassage shower cabin. The front of the house offers a very large free private parking lot (capacity of about 4-5 sedan cars) to which we have just installed video surveillance for more security. The beds are made for your arrival and bath towels are available for each guest. Upon request, we can also provide a cot and highchair. For each stay, a welcome gift is provided.
