Discover our charming renovated house, it is located in a natural setting in Rouhling en Moselle, it is on the Forbach Sarreguemines axis, just a short walk from the German border. Located at a strategic crossroads, we are by car at: 10 minutes from Sarreguemines, Hambach Inéos 15 minutes from Forbach and Saarbrücken 1h from Metz, Strasbourg, Luxembourg 1.5 hr from Europa Park. It's a perfect place to recharge in the countryside while being 2 steps from the city The space The rental is for the complete house which is on 2 levels. Whether for a business trip or for a family or friends time, this extremely spacious house will be the perfect compromise to satisfy you with its next configuration. On the ground floor the lounge/dining area of about 25m² with table and chairs for communal meals, also has a large corner sofa as well as a flat-screen TV and a 2-screen Netflix account. it overlooks a large equipped kitchen, with an area of 23m² with all the necessary appliances ( fridge, range hood, ceramic hob, oven, Micro Indes and dishwasher), utensils and dishes as well as a small dining area. A double window gives access to the 13m² terrace as well as the large enclosed, wooded and private garden, equipped with the essentials for a cocooning moment in communion with nature. Finally, a large bathroom with toilet, vanity, bathtub and attached laundry room, complete the amenities on this floor. The first is the sleeping area with its 3 bedrooms: the first of 13m² (double bed) the second of 22m² with 3 single beds and finally the third of 25m² with double bed and its workspace. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that each room has storage space. Finally, the floor is completed by a bathroom with handwasher, toilet and hydromassage shower cubicle. The front of the house offers a very large private free parking lot (capacity of about 4-5 sedan cars) which we just installed video surveillance for added security. The beds are made for your arrival and the bath towels are available for each guest. Upon request we can also provide a baby bed as well as a high chair. For each stay, a welcome gift is provided.
