Welcome to our home! Our a spacious and cozy apartment with an area of ​​80 m² is located in a quiet part of the center of Brno, directly below Špilberk Park. This apartment is ideal for longer stays and offers all the things you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Children and pets are welcome! The space - Master bedroom: comfortable bed for two (140x200), sofa and wardrobe. - Small bedroom: comfortable bed (90x200) and wardrobe. - Fully equipped kitchen: tableware (including pans and pots), oven, hob, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. - Dining room: dining table and board games. - Bathroom: shower, mirror, hairdryer and basic necessities. - Separate toilet. - Laundry room: washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, detergents. - Hallway: shoe cabinet. - Fast and reliable internet connection. - Possibility to borrow professional office/gaming chair and PC monitor - The apartment is centrally heated in the winter months (possibility of intensity regulation directly on the heating). - Parking is possible on a private lot nearby and only by prior arrangement. Guest access The apartment is located directly opposite the main door down the stairs. The entire apartment is available except for our room, which is locked. Other things to note Parking is available in the parking lot near the house (less than a minute's walk). The parking lot has a steep entrance and is therefore not suitable for sporty cars with a low chassis.
