“Gîte de Pépé”, townhouse near the castle

“Le gîte de pépé” is a charming little house with an exterior. It has been fully renovated and equipped for you to have a comfortable stay. Ideal for 4, it can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in the small town of Lassay-les-Châteaux, voted 3rd favorite village of the French 2023, you will find a few meters from the medieval castle, all the useful shops as well as the tourist office. Many walks can be taken from the cottage. The space House of 70 m2 with fenced garden, terrace and barbecue. It has two pretty bedrooms, the 1st on the ground floor with a very comfortable queen bed (160x200) and the 2nd upstairs with a bed (140x200) as well as two small 1-person beds. The bathroom on the ground floor features a large shower. The equipped kitchen, is open to the living room, living/dining room with a table that can accommodate 6 people (possibility to put extension cords). There is also a laundry closet with a washing machine, clothesline, microwave, etc. (a garment steamer is available if needed). Separate toilet. Outdoors, under the courtyard, there is a wooden table with leaves, 4 chairs, and 2 stools. When the weather is nice, you will also find 2 deck chairs and 2 footrests. Dishwashing liquid for the first few days. Coffee, tea, herbal tea, and sugar provided for the first breakfast. The coffee maker is a Senseo with pods or filter. All the necessary dishes for at least 6 people. Induction cooktop and small dishwasher. • In the laundry closet: washing machine + 2–3 detergent pods, clothes drying rack, clothes pins, laundry basket, garment steamer, raclette set, basin, broom, floor brush, mop, cleaning cloth, 2 pet bowls + blanket. • The vacuum cleaner is in the downstairs bedroom cabinet. • A cleaning fee is included, but we would like the property to be clean and tidy upon your departure. The bed linen can be put in the trash in the bathroom thank you. • For smokers, an ashtray is available under the courtyard.
