Located in a stunning setting, our typical house offers you the chance to immerse yourself in the lush nature of Gerês. Surrounded by verdant woodlands, serene streams and majestic mountains, each window is a living painting of the beauty at our disposal. The space Two-storey villa with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the first floor. This floor gives access to a terrace where you can enjoy the silence and charm of the landscape on the banks of the River Cávado. On the ground floor you'll find a large living room with sofas, television and a dining table. This floor is equipped with a kitchen and a guest bathroom. The living room windows overlook a verdant private garden. The villa has a barbecue and parking space. This villa is in a private condominium with a shared swimming pool for adults and children. Guest access Guests are free to use the garden surrounding the villa as well as the barbecue. As for the swimming pool, it is a shared pool where the general rules of use must be respected. Other things to note As the villa is located in the mountains, insects may appear inside and outside the villa. In the event of full use of the villa (6 people), the water in the baths may need a break of 10 to 15 minutes to stabilise again. It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the heat pump, which is installed in the engine room. According to the manufacturer, our heat pump is programmed for full use of the house.
