Accommodation for 5 people (about 90 m²) including a large kitchen (no dishwasher or washing machine), dining-living room, a landing room with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, access to which is for all through bedroom 1!!! The space Accommodation in the countryside, close to a hamlet without shops, separated by a small road with little traffic, from a meadow where horses live. Quiet place located at: - 5 minutes from a supermarket with bread delivery - 15 minutes from two towns with all shops, cinema, aquatic center, museums - 30 minutes from Haras du Pin, Versailles du Cheval - 50 min from the nearest beaches - one hour from the landing beaches, Deauville, Honfleur... - close to several forest areas, Swiss Normandy, Pays d'Auge Other things to note NO SMOKING ALLOWED NOT set up for PRMs (upstairs bedrooms with narrow stairs) NOT appropriate for children (narrow staircase without risers) NO WiFi but 4G MANDATORY SORTING of waste: the terms are displayed in the listing (these are not personal requirements but those of the local SITCOM; thank you for your understanding).
