To help maintain a clean, fresh-smelling unit for future guests, we kindly ask that cooking methods involving deep frying or large amounts of hot oil be avoided, as these can leave lingering odors and residue in a furnished space that may affect the next guest’s experience. A digital air fryer is provided as a convenient alternative to deep frying. Other things to note 🚗 Parking Free parking for up to two vehicles in the left side of the driveway. (Middle and right lanes must remain clear.) 🌿 Shared Spaces • Coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement, shared with one other unit. • Shared backyard accessible to all three units. 📦 Mail & Packages Mail and packages may be delivered to the apartment address. Packages are typically left at the front door. 🛑 Guest Suitability & Child Safety • This unit is not suitable for children under 12 years of age due to stairs, balcony access, and furnishings that are not childproofed. • Children must remain under constant adult supervision and may not be left unattended in the unit or shared areas. • The balcony is for adult use only. Children are not permitted on the balcony at any time due to safety concerns. 💳 Pricing The base rate includes up to 2 registered guests. An additional guest fee applies for the 3rd and 4th registered guests and is automatically calculated at booking. Reservations must accurately reflect the total number of guests staying in the unit.
