All day enjoyment awaits at this conveniently located, tucked in the woods, 2 bed/1 bath cottage with large deck, on an all-sport lake. Enjoy quiet mornings as the sun rises across the lake. Enjoy sunny days playing in the water, soaking up the sun on the large deck, or explore the lake with a kayak. Enjoy the evening cool down with bonfires and s'mores. Property features lots of outdoor-living space for long days in the sun and on the water. Cottage accommodates up to 6 overnight guests. The space Welcome to the cottage! There are approximately 45 steps from the parking area to the cottage and 4 steps from the deck to the shoreline. Once inside there is a half step between the kitchen and living room, as well as a ladder, to reach the loft. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, pots & pans, knives, cutting boards, and appliances (coffee pot, microwave & toaster). In the bathroom you'll find stackable washer & dryer, vanity with 3 drawers, and standing shower. Sleeping arrangements include: 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch, regular couch and a loft area. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & dresser. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and dresser. The sleeper sofa is a queen bed. Out on the deck you'll find an outdoor sectional with lots of room to spread out and lounge, several rocking chairs, and more! Picnic table and grill make outside eating a breeze. Help yourselves to the lawn games, life jackets, inflatables, and sand toys! 2 Kayaks and a paddle boat are also meant for guests! **Please note: This property was previously rented & managed by a different owner. Previous reviews are included in the photos. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and outdoor space. Enjoy! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: There are about 45 stairs to get from the parking area to the cottage. The cottage was originally build in 1953 and remodeled around 2018. It is located on a small inland lake and tucked under many trees. There are lake, woods, and nearby farm smells as times. Due to humidity and lake fun, the cottage can sometimes smell musty. There are also critters and bugs nearby. The lake has a no wake restriction from 7:30pm to 11am. Fridge/Freezer does not include a water filtration or ice making system. There is a TV & DVD player along with an assortment of DVDs. No cable TV or Smart TV at this time.
