The space This property sits on 8 acres with 2 ponds and mature trees. There is plenty of room to roam. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. The garage and office bedroom closet are locked from guests to store cleaning products and supplies. Other things to note The ponds. There are 2 ponds located on the property. Make sure there are no unattended children while outside. We want all of our guests to have fun, but safety is the most important. We are pet friendly. We allow dogs only, as long as your pup is house trained and well behaved and on a leash while outside. No Cats. Please add your dog to the reservation. There is an additional pet fee of $30 for the entire stay. Please pick up your pets waste and dispose of it in the garbage can located outside in front of the garage. We do not allow cats because of past experiences- but we can make exceptions based on case by case basis. Please send us a message before instantly booking. No smoking in the house. We do allow porch smoking, as long as you clean up your smoking debris. Please do not leave trash. We ask that our guests wash any dishes that are used. There is a dishwasher available. There is dish soap and sponges available. You can leave clean dishes in the dishwasher or the dish rack to dry. We can put them up once they dry. We have mosquito services to ensure comfort for our guests. We want our guests to enjoy the outdoors!
