Step out onto the deck to sip your morning coffee, lounge by the BBQ, sit under the beautiful mossy trees, or take a ride on your jet ski, motorboat, or kayak! The space Inside the Home: This beautiful property was just recently renovated this year 2024 and has its private entrance which is labeled "A" in the front of the home. The property has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom/king-size bed with its bathroom, a soaking tub & full shower, a sitting area right in the bedroom, and an oversized closet. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a spacious closet as well, the second restroom is very spacious with its stand-up shower. The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, cups, utensils, a toaster, a coffee machine, and many other appliances. The living room has two queen sofa pull-out beds for the kids or family that will accompany you on this trip. Outside the Home/Backyard: You can enjoy the outside enclosed patio area relax and hear the birds chirp while sipping a cup of coffee. The dock extends about 200+ ft into the beautiful Lake of Lochloosa. The fully brand new dock is very spacious and fits any size boat (s). You will enjoy the spectacular sunsets if you decide to have a candle light dinner at the end of the dock. Lochloosa Lake which is about 6,100 acres in area in Alachua County, Florida, about 4 miles south of Hawthorne, and is up to 10 feet deep. It is drained by Cross Creek into Orange Lake. It is largely surrounded by the Lochloosa Wildlife Management & Fish Management Area as well making. It's a phenomenal property to fish from if you love fishing. There is a BBQ area and some lounge chairs to sit under the beautiful mossy trees or watch the beautiful lake from any area of the inside or outside the home. This is a great place to disconnect and relax. Guest access You and your guests can use the entire main home, which is private to you and your guests. Your access information will be texted to you directly. Please make sure the host has the correct cell number. The front door is opened electronically, and that info will be sent to you within 24-6 hours before you arrive. The backyard, where the BBQ, Lounge chairs, and dock are shared spaces. with another guest IF the other unit, "B" upstairs, is rented. That other unit is accessed through the back of the home, and it's separate from the main house. If you have any questions please ask. Other things to note There is a train that passes by periodically in front of property you might hear it once in a while. No Pets/Or Emotional Support animals allowed No Parties, Events or Large Gatherings other than your guest count you reported No Smoking, No Vaping indoors Please DO NOT cook FISH inside the house ( use the BBQ outside) There is no access to a washer/Dryer on the property. But, there are washers and dryers down a few doors at the fish camp area. I have noted this in other areas on my page as well....We are situated near train tracks and unfortunately, periodically you will hear the train when it passes. Please be aware and understand this before booking. FYI- There is a "Private Apartment" totally secluded from you... with its private entrance and parking area ( you will see that parking area on the left side of the property when facing the home). That apartment is also on Airbnb and could be rented during the time you are there as well.) The only area you will share with other guests is the 200FT dock and the BBQ area if it's available.
