Located in the heart of Brittany, on the second floor of our house nestled in a flower garden, 2 large 20 m2 bedrooms and a living room offer 2 to 8 beds adjoining bathrooms, all entirely private. Furniture has been sourced and upcycled for a cozy atmosphere. Entry is via a staircase accessible directly from the front door. Bicycles are safe in the garage. Equipped kitchen available on the ground floor. Breakfast on request (€5 or €10/pers) The space The floor has a total capacity of 8 beds, ideal for a group of friends or a family. These beds are composed of: - 2 double beds in each of the 2 large bedrooms (20 m2), - 1 sofa bed in one of the 70s-style bedrooms, - 1 sofa bed in the adjoining living room. These rooms with the bathroom are completely private, whether you are 2, 4, 6 or 8. The base price of €40 is for 1 or 2 guests and 1 bed; the price of €90, for 4 guests and 2 beds; the price of €140 for 6 guests and 3 beds; the price of €190 for 8 guests and 4 beds. For the use of an extra bed, a supplement of €10 will be requested on site. Guest access You can access a terrace that's shared with the main house. A kitchen is available for your use. It is used as a storage and storage space by hosts who have another main one. During your stay During your stay, if I am not at home, I remain reachable via the app or by phone.
