The space The apartment is located on the ground floor (4 steps) and has a cozy living room with sofa corner and dining table, two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with additional dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Note: The double bedroom is a walk-through room for the single bedroom. Please look at the floor plan of the apartment. Particularly practical is the terrace with seating furniture and parasol as well as the garage where bicycles, handcarts and strollers can be accommodated. Other amenities such as adjustable slatted frames, bed linen, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer (for shared use) are also provided. No pets are allowed and the apartment is non-smoking, making it ideal for families. A crib and a high chair are available for children on request. The apartment is very well equipped, so there is nothing missing to spend a relaxing vacation. Guest access During your stay, the apartment ILSEBILL is at your sole disposal. The patio area in the courtyard and the parking lot are also part of the apartment. The garage is shared with the guests of the FRITZ apartment. Other things to note There are no hidden costs with us! All consumption costs (electricity, gas), bed linen, towels (50×100 cm), kitchen linen, Internet and final cleaning are included in the price. Only the guest fee set by the city of Borkum (adults 4.80/child from 12 years 1.50/night) must be paid extra. As a landlord, we are obliged to collect the guest fee and pay it to the city of Borkum. The guest fee is added to the overnight price. After your booking, you will receive a link for the guest fee registration. We will then send you a separate payment request for the guest fee. You will automatically receive the guest cards by email in time for arrival.
