Security Deposit • 🪪 A pre-authorization of $500, along with photo identification, is required via Airbnb prior to check-in. • 💵 The deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no property damage, excessive cleaning required, or missing items. • 💳 Only credit cards in the main guest’s name are accepted; no third-party cards. Booking Restrictions • 🌲Check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day, to allow our housekeepers to enjoy these holidays. Housekeeping • 🧼The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Mid-stay housekeeping is available for an additional fee. • 🧻Adequate towels will be provided based on guest count. Complimentary blue-striped pool towels are available at the concierge desk for use in the pool and hot tubs. Parking • 🅿️ The Aspens offers underground heated parking, available for $25 per 24-hour period, or by the hour. • 🎟️Purchase a parking ticket at the yellow machine in the lobby. Use the four-digit code on the ticket to open the gate at the parking entrance. • ⛔️The entrance height is 2.05m (6’9”). Visitor parking is also available. //Tip: Luggage carts are available. Parking near stall 150 offers easy access to the ski hill, pool, hot tubs, and The Lookout Penthouse!! Amenities Access • Access codes for the pool, hot tubs, gym, and ski hill gate will be provided with your unique door code. • Complimentary pool towels are available from the front desk and should be returned at the end of your stay. Pre-check-in and post-check-out access to amenities can be arranged at the front desk. Ski Valet (Winter Only) • A ski valet service is available from 8am-6pm at the breezeway doors. To avoid fines, please do not bring equipment into the suite. • For after-hours storage, please arrange with the front desk, as they do not have access to the valet room outside valet hours. Garbage & Recycling • A garbage and recycling shed is located outside the main lobby entrance to the right. Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins at check-out. Ice Machine • Located in the Spearhead Room in the lobby. Access may be limited if meetings are in progress. Vending Machines • Snack vending machines are available on Levels 1 and 3 in the east wing. A grocery vending machine is on Level 1 across from the snack machines. Laundry • Communal laundry facilities are located on Level 1 (east wing) by the elevators and on P2, to the left of the main doors. Each wash and dry cycle costs $2.50. • Laundry powder can be purchased from vending machines on Level 1, and there is a change dispenser available on the 1st floor between the vending machines.
