Guests can sign into their own subscription based services for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. No local cable service. Please do not leave kids or pets outside unattended. Reminder that this unit is attached to a 2-story main house with one bedroom directly above this unit. There is no access or doors to other unit. Please be mindful that some sounds and noise can be heard from the main house sometimes, but we ask all guests and tenants to be courteous - most especially during quiet hours of 9pm to 8am. PETS: We allow a house-trained dog in our studio, but guests must agree and pay a nightly pet cleaning fee to cover additional housekeeping costs we incur. Any dog seen on the property without a proper approval or pet cleaning fee payment will be subject to removal from the property with no refunds.
