The space Modern, north-facing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom self-contained apartment (max 4 guests). The second bedroom can be configured as a queen or two singles — please confirm your preference with the host prior to arrival. Located in a prime Budds Beach position, this level-12 apartment offers ocean, hinterland and river views. A split-bedroom layout with living areas in between provides added privacy. Includes air-conditioning, heating, full kitchen, laundry, living area and private balcony. This is a privately owned home rather than a serviced apartment. A starter pack is provided (tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper and essentials). Basic kitchen staples are available for guest use. Bathrooms include a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bath towels and four beach towels are supplied. Guest access As a guest you will have full access to resort-style facilities in this self-contained apartment. - Building has free Guest WIFI - Outdoor swimming pool ( Ground level) - Working Space (Ground level) - Fully Equipped Gym ( Level 2) - Sauna (Level 2) - Steam Room (Level 2) - Outdoor Terrace & BBQ (Level 3) Other things to note To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask you kindly respect the house rules: SMOKING - Smoking or vaping strictly prohibited in this complex. PARTIES/NOISE - No parties or events allowed. Noise complaints may result in an after-hours call out fee from management which will be passe onto the guest. SWIPECARD/KEYS - A $100 fee will be charged for a lost swipecard (ALL swipecards must be replaced if one is lost, for the security of our guests) If you lock yourself out, a call out fee of $50 may be charged. CHECK IN TIME: 2:00PM - You may ask if an earlier check-in is available on the morning of your booking. CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00AM - Late check out may be considered closer to your stay. However, if required recommend you book an additional night. BAGGAGE STORAGE: For security reasons we may be unable to offer baggage storage before check-in or after check-out. PARKING: Parking is available in the building's basement, on a first-come-first-served basis. It means there is no located parking space for any reservation. **Please advise your host if you will require parking as only one parking space is available per unit.
