Brand new small San Jose home-Built 2024

Brand new 800sqft - 2B/2B home includes kitchen with coffee bar, 4K 50" Fire TV, record player, toto toilets, basic first aid kits in medicine cabinet, and a small sofa bed in living room. I try to put everything you need in the bathrooms :) There are ceiling fans and desks in both rooms. Shower/restroom in master room and 1st floor. Easy street parking right in front of home. No shoes ($100 violation if worn). *Welcome to bring your own indoor slippers or shoes :) Blinds on all windows The space This is a completely new private addition by our home so you will have your privacy but I'm around if you need anything via Airbnb app. Front door is a smart door lock to enable instant check-in. PLEASE be respectful of our brand new home. No shoes allowed but you are welcome to bring any indoor slippers or shoes of any kind. I tried to provide but everyone has different size/preferences so it was hard haha. Parking Street parking but it's a quiet area so usually 2-3 cars can park right in front of our home and it's empty around us as well. (Not on our driveway. There is a "Do not park" sign so I can leave my home) Violations 1. $100 if clearly shoes were worn. 2. Cleaning fee discount will be removed if short term stayer leaves the property extremely messy to help the house keepers. Guest access Entire home and the fire table outside of the front door. Other things to note I have pet chickens so by request only, I can leave some eggs for you if I have enough during the time of request. They don't lay ends during the winter. Please message me after booking for this request :) Also its street parking but its a quiet neighborhood and 99% of the time you’ll be able to park right in front of the house. Not many cars on street.
