The house is a 3 bedroom home with all modern conveniences. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the courtyard patio. But I am currently only offering the master bedroom as guest accomodation. I am not sure how high demand is in this area of Santiago. I am still exploring the best opportunities available. The house has a security system and is a non-smoking, pet free space. There is a washing machine but no drier. There is no air conditioning but there is heating. You will be sharing the communal spaces of this home with the owner of the house and 1 other housemate. We are 2 professional women in our 30ies. Barrio Italia is a vibrant neighborhood in Santiago where colourful adobe houses are full of artisan and craft shops, cafes, and a wonderful selection of restaurants. Check out the talented woodworkers and see the latest Chilean designs. There is no private parking, but there is an abundance of street parking around. There is a bicycle path running outside the front door. The line 3 and 5 of the metro is 5 minutes walk from the front door. The new line 6 of the metro is 20 minutes walk or a single line 5 metro stop away. There are a number of bus routes nearby. The house is a new endevour and as is the case with most new homes an ever-evolving space with new amenities, colours and decorations.
