Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Take a walk to the Falkirk Wheel the only one in the world or explore along the canals. located near public transportation this property also offers private parking and on-street parking. A ground floor home with no stairs makes carrying your luggage much easier. Bring your pets and your family. You deserve a super king bed as well as the other amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space Ground floor, no stairs at the front just a few steps at the back door. Tall ceilings and spacious rooms. New windows and heating system, new fridges and dryer. Very PET FRIENDLY. I love all the animals and have provided a bed as well as food bowls for cats or dogs. Each bed has a blanket which can be used throughout the home. Guest access Use the entire home, 4K HDTV, washer, dryer, super king bed, 2 single beds, front and back door with parking around the back. Wine/beverage fridge, reclining chair and 2 sofas in the living room. Dining table for 2 folds onto the wall. Corner shop at the end of the road(short walk)has the essentials. A walk up the hill through the woods past historic battlegrounds will take you to a restaurant called Canada wood. Or walk up the hill and follow the canal to explore the peaceful nature. You can follow the canal all the way to Edinburgh if you’d like to take your bicycle. At the bottom of the road walk to the Falkirk wheel with a nearby restaurant called the boardwalk. Bus stops are to the front of the home and it’s just a short 6 to 7 minute drive into the town centre where you will find more restaurants and shops. Train station at Camelon is a 5 minute drive as well as the Falkirk Grahamston station is 7 minutes away. Both will take you to Edinburgh, Stirling or Glasgow. More shopping is 5 minutes from the home with Tesco or ALDI being right next to the bowling alley and Mariner sports/swimming centre. Recommend Express Taxi for those occasions you don’t feel like driving. Enjoy history and science at the Rosebank Distillery only 5 minutes away by car. Lots more to do at the Kelpies and don’t forget Callendar house for all you Outlander fans as it’s less than a 10 minute drive away. Enjoy! Other things to note Falkirk is equal distance between Edinburgh and Glasgow as well as Stirling castle. Falkirk is well placed to access all of Scotlands history and site seeing. Each place you visit will have info and booklets to all other places of interest.
