Hello, we will be pleased to welcome to you to The Annexe. Located in Hesby, we offer a perfect stay for couples or professionals. The property is newly built and offers all modern amenities for a relaxing stay. The Annexe is located just 1 min walk to the historical Helsby Station offering a perfect location to visit Chester, Liverpool and Manchester by rail. Locally the Historical Market town of Frodsham is a 5 min train journey away and offers a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. The space This is a detached annex, which is accessed via its own entrance. 1 bedroom which can be either double or split to 2 singles with 1 day prior notice. lounge/ diner and shower room. The property is newly built and offers all modern amenities for a relaxing stay. Located in the picturesque Helsby Village, we provide the perfect travel location for many local attractions, things to see and places to visit. If you are travelling for business we have easy access to local industry in both Runcorn and Ellesmere Port. The local area offers water sports, fishing and Delamere Forest is a short distance with great walking and mountain biking trails. There’s easy access by car to Chester Zoo, Oulton Park, Cheshire Oaks, and much more just a short journey away. Our village is also on the Sandstone Trail and close to Frodsham hill for lots of country walks. The Annexe is located just 1 min walk to the historical Helsby Station offering a perfect location to visit Chester, Liverpool and Manchester by rail. Locally the Historical Market town of Frodsham is a 5 min train journey and offers a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. We have a number amenities just 1 min walk from the Annexe to include chips, Indian and Smashies takeaways and 2 convinience stores. We also have access to UberEats for any deliveries. The space You will have the whole Annex to yourself. It has one bedroom with a double bed (which can be split with prior request), a spacious walk-in shower and a stylish open plan kitchenette. The kitchenette is suitable for Breakfast and lunch meals. It is equipped with Microwave, Air fryer, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. Integral electic radiators will keep you toasty warm throughout your stay. Please note there is no carbon monoxide alarm as there is no gas in the Annex.We have provided most of the things needed to make your stay comfortable. Tea towels, cutlery, kitchen utensils and hairdryer. Bedding and towels are also provided. Guest access The Annexe is entered via a private entrance off the driveway. On site parking is available for 1 car within the grounds. Please note that this driveway is sloped and whilst we can accomodate 4 x 4 or larger veichles it can be tight. Additional paid parking is available very close by. There is a small outdoor seating area located within the grounds of the Annexe. Other things to note. We do provided a guide book for the Annex if you need any instructions for appliances etc. We do not allow any pets. The property can be accessed via a key box. Directions to the property will be given on booking. The train Station is very convenient, please note that on occasion you can hear the train. We do not offer a late check out due to deep cleaning for our guests. Late checkouts will be charged at £20.00 per hour. Guest access Annex and outdoor seating area. Other things to note The property is not suitable for children. We do not have wheel chair access. This is a pet free property. Due to hygiene no condiments will be left in the kitchenette.
