Welcome to our studio located in Tours in a quiet, safe and easily accessible area, just minutes from the heart of the city. All you have to do is put your bags down, everything has been thought out for your comfort to enjoy a pleasant stay! This 30 m² apartment is entirely dedicated to you and can accommodate up to 2 people and a baby in ideal conditions. Free street parking. Bicycle room where it is possible to recharge your electric bikes. The space The accommodation consists of a bedroom, a separate kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a window and a separate toilet. It is located on the 2nd floor of a small building consisting of only two apartments, without elevator access. You'll find: - a 140 cm double bed; - a 4K Smart TV with AMAZON PRIME (Netflix, Disney+, Canal+... available with your credentials) (no TNT) - WiFi 6 available; - in the kitchen: a dishwasher (pods are provided), induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven and microwave, a Senseo coffee machine with 2 pods offered per day and per person, a kettle with tea bags available, oil, sugar, salt and pepper... - Linens are provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), beds are carefully prepared before your arrival. - Shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are at your disposal - You can also find board games, but also an ironing kit, hairdryer... You have several local shops in the area: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco-press post office, supermarkets. Our little extras: BIKE RENTAL: we offer rental only to travel in Tours: 2 adult bikes, 1 child bike (18 inches or about 5-8 years old) and a 2-seater trailer (35 kg max) at a rate of 10 euros/day/adult bike or trailer, and 5 euros/day for the child bike. A security deposit will be requested. BABY KIT RENTAL: a baby bathtub with infant reducer, a high chair and a baby bed are available at your request at the rate of 5 euros per day. Guest access Access to public transport is easy: bus stop no. 5 is a 5-minute walk to reach the city center and Tours train station in 10 minutes; you can also reach the center in 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike.
