The house is in a private community, a few blocks from the sea, 3 minutes by car and 15 minutes walking. It has three public accesses and two beach clubs. It has a beautiful beach where you can swim and enjoy the sea. Close by there are very good restaurants and the neighborhood's median strips are very dense with tropical vegetation.
