Excellent starting point for hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking and for nearby Capriasca with its public swimming pool. ADDITIONAL COSTS Our house is suitable for 8 people, maximum 6 adults. For each additional adult over 4: surcharge of 30CHF/night. NL-00010069 The space The house is arranged on one floor within a large private garden. Living room: living room with fireplace, 4 comfortable poufs, dining table for 8 to 12 people (with 1 high chair and 1 high chair), French window overlooking the valley and outdoor patio with additional table with benches. Kitchen: Kitchen equipped with dishes and plates, sink, new oven with 4 ceramic glass plates, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, fondue pot and raclette stove. Bathroom: Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. 3 Bedrooms: - bedroom 1: 1 double bed 180x200. - bedroom 2: 2 single beds 100x200 with built-in closet. - bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds 90x200 with built-in closet. Also free wifi, children's games, books and board games, large private garden with 4 deck chairs, outdoor table and slide at your disposal and a parking space included in the reservation. Nearest serviced center: Tesserete, with shops, groceries (migris, coop, etc.), playground, public swimming pool, 11 km from Bogno. Traveling in the valley by road By bus, car, bike. Guest access The house can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot from the parking lot on the Cantonal road along an uphill mountain path. Other things to note ADDITIONAL ADULT FEES Our house is suitable for 8 people, up to 6 adults. For each additional adult over 4: supplement of 40CHF/night. From 0 to 15 years old, free: do not indicate them in your booking! TOUR The house is not reachable by car. It's a 5/10 minute walk to the parking lot on the cantonal street. The route is uphill and has stairs and dirt road. It may be snowy during the winter. PARKING Lothlórien rentals include free parking located on the cantonal street a 5/10 minute walk from the house. Other limited free parking is in the village and nearby. Additional guaranteed parking is possible on request and for a fee. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit at the beginning of the stay to be delivered in cash at check-in and a photo of the IDs for the notification of overnight stays to the authorities, to be sent to us before arrival. TOURIST TAXES Accommodation taxes are to be paid on-site. They amount to CHF2 per person per night, from the age of 14.
