Guest access At Alessa Lofts, we only share the common terrace area so that any guest can enjoy its view and sunsets! Other things to note We are located in the heart of downtown Cancun, a few steps walk from Costco, Soriana and the two emblematic stadiums of Cancun (Andrés Quintana Roo de las Iguanas de Cancún for soccer and the Beto Avila de los Tigres de Quintana Roo for baseball). Right in front of us is Kabah Park, one of the few natural areas for walking in a 100% natural environment with local vegetation and fauna. We are surrounded by different restaurants with all kinds of food such as Chinese, Spanish, Seafood, Mexican Breakfasts, Steakhouses, Tacos and more. On one side is the Santander bank in case you want to withdraw Mexican pesos and a Go Mart (grocery store and convenience store with 24-hour schedule as well as a gas station). We have free parking and 24-hour security, as well as daily housekeeping if needed.
