Hi there! I’m Dale, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to my home. My place is a Cozy Townhouse with a spacious bathroom, large kitchen, and rooftop patio for outdoor vibes. Located in the heart of Eccles-Industrial Site, you’ll be within walking distance of the Iconic Demerara Bridge, Amazing Amazonia Mall and Prestigious Providence Stadium. Cleanliness and Comfort are my top priorities, so rest assured, the space is perfectly cleaned before each stay. Looking forward to hosting you soon! The space The building is split into three units, and your space is Unit #2—the one in the middle. To access it, just enter through the center gate (the smallest of the three), and your apartment will be directly ahead. The lockbox is located in the patio area of the apartment. Enter your lockbox code to access the keys. From the outside: To unlock the apartment door, turn the key to the right once. To lock it, turn the key to the left once. From the inside: No key needed—just use the door’s latch to lock or unlock Additionally, if you're driving, you're welcome to park on the southwestern bridge or side of the yard (its next to an empty lot). Please avoid parking on the southeastern side (its next to the cross street), as that area is reserved for a permanent tenant. Guest access You have full access to your unit, the yard on the western side of the building, and the rooftop patio—feel free to use it for any outdoor activities. Other things to note To help conserve electricity, please turn off all AC units and lights when you leave the apartment. Do not unplug the electrical meter monitor located in the kitchen, just below the microwave—it’s important for tracking your unit’s power usage. Be sure to read all instructions on accessing your unit, using the keys, parking, locking/unlocking doors, and more. Thank you for choosing my space!
