Cozy apartment in a fantastic mountain village

Enchanting, rural, natural: Feldis is an oasis of tranquility amidst an imposing alpine backdrop. The mountain village is located at 1470 m above sea level and can be reached by cable car in 10 minutes from Rhäzüns or by car. The cozy apartment is centrally located close to the village shop and has great views. 1 chairlift to the local mountain "Mutta". Good hiking opportunities in summer, with snowshoes in winter. The clear ski area includes 10 km of slopes and 3 toboggan runs. The space The apartment is practically and personally furnished. In the spring of 2025, it was gently renovated. Guest access Our guests have access to the following: living/dining room with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower/toilet, 1 double bedroom. From 3 people, the 2nd bedroom is also available. We trust that our personal belongings will remain where they are. Other things to note Current: A new house has been built on the neighboring property; the interior is currently being finished. Our guests report that it is not disturbing, and we also perceive it that way. The free outdoor parking is often not available in winter due to snow. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, so it is ideal for digital detox :) Mobile reception is good. Included in the price is the private use of the apartment, the cleaning of the apartment as well as the bed and bath linen, the garbage brand, the wood for the Swedish stove, the tourist tax, shampoo, basics in the kitchen as well as of course the cost of water, electricity, heating. The double bed has 2 separate mattresses without a gap with the dimensions 90 x 190 cm. The mattresses in the second room are the same.
