Located in a peaceful and pleasant street, you are just a 5-min walk from the largest recreational area in Cph and 15 min by bike or S-train from the city center. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining area with dishwasher, fridge + freezer, 2 cozy living rooms, 2 bathrooms, washing machine and clotheslines in the basement and free private parking. The sunny garden is ideal for relaxation/outdoor games. The space The villa is 160 m² plus a basement and includes a large kitchen/dining area, two connected living rooms, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The charming enclosed garden with fruit trees and lush greenery faces southwest, offering plenty of sunlight and privacy. It’s a very bright and peaceful space with all the modern amenities you need. We moved in back in 1992 and have lived here with our three boys. The house was originally built in 1934 with an extension added in 1980. Guest access The entire house is available for rent, except for a locked room in the basement. Other things to note We prefer long-term rentals.
