Set in a vineyard in the middle of a protected landscape of vineyard culture, classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the surrounding environment is breathtaking. Surrounded by stone walls, the famous "vineyard corrals", wherever you look you will come across a fantastic view, being able to see Pico Mountain, Faial Island and São Jorge Island (Triangle Islands) and the sea. The space Outside, the typical black stone "cellar" with a tank and a trellis. Inside, a modern T1 house, in which the cellar is after all a fully equipped kitchen with a living room in the same room, the tank is after all a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom and the trellis becomes a relaxing outdoor living area with a pergola where you can enjoy one of the best views of Pico mountain to the sound of the shearwaters.
