Living hall with Attached balcony TV, sofa cum bed equivalent to double bed and additional mattress if required, depends upon guest reservation. Lift in the building. Parking Home inverter for back up for fan light and WiFi for few hours 4-5 depending upon the usage . No refund is issued to the guest due to electricity cut from govt electricity department due to any fault and some other reason. Lift , Ac ,geyser like high voltage consuming devices will not work in such power failure . We can allow only those numbers of guests which is part of booking. Unauthorized/Unregistered guests arrival which are not part of booking could charge 1000 Rs per Guest extra per day over and above the booking made . Other things to note Check in time :From 1 pm onward - till 11 PM and check out time : 10 am.. However we can offer early check or late check out on chargeable basis ,only depends upon our bookings and availability. So guest need to let us know in advance. If it is possible we will inform you. Pls contact host for any extended check out time (10 am) to avoid any extra charges-1500 rs to be paid by the guest. Being a society complex, guest need to maintain peaceful environment and should respect privacy of other neighbours guests/residents. Party and loud music and events not allowed. We ask guest to keep flat neat and clean and taking care of all electronic appliances and handover the apartment in the same condition in which it was handed over during check in . guest need to handover the apartment keys to our staff or as communicated by host before check out. in case of loss of keys or not giving the apartment keys back to property, guest could attract heavy penalty of 5000 rs as it could impact our next guest booking and Key smith charges to open the lock and to make new set of keys. All foreigner require to send their passport and Visa copy before their check in. They also require to fill Form C as per Indian Govt Norms. All domestic travellers require to send/produce ID proof before/ at the time of check in.
